It is a 3rd generation family business that was started from humble beginnings by the original founder, John J. Aprile.
The company name “Elirpa” is actually derived from spelling “Aprile” backwards.
Elirpa is an established heavy civil construction company, and has been constructing and maintaining roads, sewers, water mains & structures for municipal and regional clients for over 70 years.
